I trained as a mechanical engineer and found my calling in software. I've spent the last two decades building enterprise systems that have to be right the first time.
My work has covered healthcare, insurance, banking, pharmaceuticals and logistics, for organizations including General Dynamics IT, Deloitte, UBS, Merck, HP Enterprise Services, AIG and JPMorgan Chase.
Since 2014 I've been a Senior Applications Architect on the NY State of Health exchange for the New York State Department of Health. During the COVID-19 public health emergency I helped build the eligibility extension for the exchange. Before that I built Medicaid integration for Missouri's Affordable Care Act program and Wisconsin's immunization registry.
Along the way I've led teams of up to 18 engineers, coordinated onsite and offshore delivery, and served as support lead for 25 regulatory applications.
Now, through MayiSoft Corporation, I'm bringing that discipline to Agentic AI. I build AI receptionists, workflow automation and intelligent assistants that growing businesses can actually use.
